We are the entity responsible for the personal data described in this Policy. Our incorporation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is not yet complete: this Policy names the entity responsible today and will be updated when that changes.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Our products, including the Laika platform, run on Google Cloud infrastructure in the European Union (region europe-west4, Netherlands); personal data processed through them is therefore transferred to, stored, and processed outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. That transfer is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by SDAIA under the Regulations on Personal Data Transfer Outside the Kingdom; we publish their full text at https://laika.legal/legal/sdaia-scc-c2p-v1.pdf. An in-Kingdom environment is not part of the current offering. Enquiries you send through this website are delivered to our mailboxes through a third-party email delivery provider.
