By accessing or using any services provided by Legal AI S.r.l., a company incorporated under the laws of the Italian Republic, registered with the Companies Register of Messina under No. 262549, VAT No. 03818700837, having its registered office at Viale Boccetta 15, 98122 Messina, Italy ("Legal AI Technologies", "LAT", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our incorporation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is not yet complete: these Terms name the contracting entity today and will be updated when that changes. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Legal AI Technologies develops and provides AI-powered legal technology tools, including but not limited to Laika. Our services are intended for professional use by legal professionals and organisations.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

All content, software, and technology associated with our services are the property of Legal AI Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Legal AI Technologies does not provide legal advice. Use of our AI-powered tools does not create an attorney-client relationship.
